About me

I know what it is like to feel thrown into a leadership role early in your career and to carry responsibility in spaces where you are not the typical profile. With a career spanning the humanitarian non-profit to private sectors, I developed my own authentic leadership style.

In my own career transition from a large international organisation to setting up my own business, I learned how to adapt. I developed my communication skills to be able to engage effectively with people from a wide range of backgrounds, to carry credibility even as a newcomer to an environment.

I bring that blend of real-world experience to support you in your careers and transitions.
