About me

I know what it is like to feel thrown into a leadership role early in your career and to carry responsibility in spaces where you are not the typical profile. With a career spanning from humanitarian non-profits to the private sector, I developed my own authentic leadership style.

In my own career transition from a large international organisation to setting up my own business, I quickly learned how to adapt. I developed communication skills that enabled me to engage effectively with people from a wide range of backgrounds and carry credibility even as a newcomer in an environment.

From organisational strategy, partnerships and sustainable finance, to AI governance - my career has always required a learning mentality, to adapt and ensure my teams and organisations stay resilient in the face of change.
