Meet Camille
As the youngest director at an international non-governmental organisation, I know what it's like to feel thrown into a leadership role. With no mentors or coach of my own and working in a very male-dominated field, I had to find my own way. I quickly developed a leadership style that felt authentic and went on to mentor other young leaders experiencing the same challenges.
Since then, I have transitioned from the humanitarian non-profit to the private sector, founding successful businesses and pioneering approaches to strategy and financing. Moving from a senior position at a large organisation to entrepreneurship was a big shift and brought new challenges.
As a strategic leader for over 15 years, I can relate to a range of challenges leaders face - from building small companies to growing large organisations, supporting talented teams, addressing challenges and uncertainty such as funding cuts, a global pandemic or risks and opportunities of AI. Leadership coaching can give you the tools and learning perspective you need to face these rapidly evolving environments with confidence.
In my coaching, I bring this real-world experience and practical tools to support you in your careers and transitions. I'm here to guide you and help you become a grounded leader, building the type of team or business you want to.
How I Work
I work with people who want to find their authentic leadership style, who feel underprepared for leadership, and those exploring a bold career change. I can relate to all of these areas and have developed clear methods to help you find your own way in an environment where you don't fit the usual mold.
My coaching will help raise awareness of your natural leadership style and how you interact with others. Creating a comfortable space and time for reflection, I can give you actionable steps and support to address the issues you are currently facing and help you grow to achieve your goals.
My experience across both humanitarian and private sectors means I understand these different contexts and the challenge of transition. I recognise that all my clients are part of wider ecosystems, and that understanding is key to building lasting change.

I provide one-to-one coaching and group work across Europe and the UK. I can work in English and French.
When I'm not working, you'll usually find me outdoors, enjoying nature and having fun in the hills.
